Baby Netherland Dwarfs
We currently have 100% Netherland Dwarf bunnies available. Our rabbits are bred for genetic excellence and health as well fantastic temperament. We raise them to be confident and calm with several hours of human interaction daily. From one month old they are working with the public and children in our community during Breadbox events. They are sweet natured, gentle, and quiet pets who have big personalities when given the space and time to express themselves.
We expect our pet adopters to do their research before contacting us. To learn about rabbit pet care, please see our Rabbit Care page. And to learn more about Netherland Dwarfs as a breed, view our articles about Netherland Dwarfs and their temperament. There are rabbit help and advice groups on Facebook as well as many YouTube videos about what to expect from a pet rabbit. These are great places to do further research. Once you enter the adoption process, we will go above and beyond to find you the perfect companion, so please be considerate of our time and attention.
When you are ready to adopt a pet, please fill out an Adoption Application Form and Robin or Lisa will contact you if approved to set up an appointment time. To reserve a rabbit you will be required to pay in full through an electronic form of payment.
PICK UP and TRANSPORT OPTIONS
LOCAL PICK UP is available once you are approved for adoption. We have many clients who drive in from the surrounding states. In many instances you may take home your bunny the day you meet them (check for a “ready to go home” date on bunnies under 8 weeks old.)
PRIVATE TRANSPORT and DELIVERY is available through third party transporters. A quick google search will bring up many options. You will be responsible for choosing a transporter you trust and securing your own transportation. We are happy to arrange pick up times with them. We have a great relationship with Mabel of LC Animal Transport, her number is 347-819-4372. You can reach out to her for timing and transport rates.
DOMESTIC AIRLINE TRANSPORT is also possible through American PetEmbark. You can expect to pay approximately $550-750 total depending on how far the pet is going and miscellaneous fees associated with your pet flying, such as a proper crate for the flight ($60-80) and a required health certificate ($100) within 10 days of departure. We have sent many rabbits as far as California and Washington and feel that American Airlines is a safe and trustworthy option for receiving your new pet.
Noor’s Litter
Noor’s two little ones and her foster baby from Esme. Corduroy, the foster boy is the biggest and has beautiful long hair. Silk is the middle and is extremely outgoing and in charge. Velvet is the little one, the baby of the family, and loves to eat leaves whenever she is out for playtime.
Savannah’s Litter
Sutton is the last one left from Sav’s summer litter. He was quite small and delicate as a baby so we held him back to make sure he had extra time with mom. His personality is sweet, gentle, and calm. He would make a wonderful companion for someone looking to bond closely to their bunny.

Each rabbit is fed a super premium organic diet supplemented with fresh greens and herbs from our regenerative eco-gardens. We import fresh Timothy hay from organic farmers in the US and blend it with locally grown orchard grass. We also treat our rabbits to botanical hay blends, immune boosting forages, and dried fruit treats we make in house.
Our promise is to provide you with the healthiest rabbit possible. There are currently no rabbit vaccines required for the State of North Carolina but it is worth looking into the virus RHDV2 if you will be travelling to other areas with your rabbit or live in a state with an outbreak.
Guarantee
Although we do our best to choose bunnies with excellent health and temperament, we do realize that we cannot predict the future and issues may arise. If this were to happen we will work with you to solve the problem and will provide you with a replacement companion, if it should come to that. We do not issue refunds, but if at any point you are not able to care for your rabbit anymore, we will gladly take them back (cage required, as we do not often have empty cages.)
